Zadok the Priest is a coronation anthem(ενθρονιστήριος ύμνος) composed by George Frideric Händel,1685-1759(Γκέοργκ Φρήντριχ Χαίντελ) for the king George II of Great Britain.
The UEFA Champions League Anthem, officially titled simply as "Champions League", is an arrangement of Zadok the Priest's Händel by Tony Britten in 1992.
The music is used ironically in the film of Alan Bennett's play The Madness of King George,the third(video-trailer-10' video)

Η Γιεσίμ Ουστάογλου γεννήθηκε το 1960 στο Σαρικαμίς (επαρχία Καρς)της ανατολικής Τουρκίας και μεγάλωσε στην Τραπεζούντα, στα παράλια της Μαύρης Θάλασσας. Σπούδασε αρχιτεκτονική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Γιλντίζ στην Κωνσταντινούπολη, εργάστηκε ως αρχιτέκτονας, κατόπιν ως δημοσιογράφος και σε διάφορα τηλεοπτικά εργαστηρία.


Ustaoglu στα τουρκικά σημαίνει «παιδί μαέστρου». Ρωτάω το κορίτσι απέναντί μου που μοιάζει να προέρχεται από σπίτι σεμνής οικογενείας του Μιλάνου: «Γιατί μαέστρου;». «Μα προέρχομαι από οικογένεια μουσικών». Επομένως το τουρκικό όνομα Γεσμίν Ουστάογλου πάει να πει ελληνικά Γιασεμί Κόρη Μαέστρου...Μαεστρίδου δηλαδή("Εχω δει γενναίους ανθρώπους-Συνέντευξη στο βήμα για την τουρκο-κουρδική ταινία της "Ταξίδι στον Ηλιο"-1999)

"Engraulis encrasicholus ponticus" or Hamsi is a common word for the black sea-anchovy σαρδέλα ή γαύρο.Hampsi(Χαμψί) in greek,hamsi in Turkish, хамсия (hamsiya) in Bulgarian, хамса (hamsa) in Russian,Ukrainian,hamsie in Romanian.
The song invites everybody to eat anchovies.The video ends with a georgian style dance "tass" or (gandagana-acharuli)
